TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT FOR PHOTODAYS

These terms and conditions form the agreement between you and Julia Borodina for JB Company Oy. By booking a place in photoday, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns about this agreement, please contact julia@j-bor.com.

General

1. Purchasing a place to a photoday does not include travel or accommodations. The purchaser understands that they must be responsible for their own way to get to the photoday.

3. In order to get the most out of the photoday, you should ensure that you arrive on time. If you are unable to attend you must notify us by email at julia@j-bor.com.

4. If you come later - your time will be less according to your arrival.

5. If behavior or conduct is deemed unacceptable or inappropriate, you will be asked to leave the photoday. No refund of fees will be made

6. Julia Borodina is entitled to change the venue or make changes to the structure of the photoday. In the unlikely event that changes are made there will be notice made to all attendees as soon as possible.

Fees & Cancellations

1. You must pay a 50 % deposit for photoday at the time you get an invoice in 3 days, and send message with information about payment at julia@j-bor.com. The 50% deposit confirms your spot on the photoday. If you cancel your enrollment in a photoday more than 2 weeks before the photoday start date, we will refund your deposit. After this the deposit is non-refundable. 

2. Following acceptance of your booking, you must pay the full amount of the photoday fee 14 days before it starts. Failure to pay the remainder of the fee will result in your losing place in the photoday and you will not receive a refund of any portion of your deposit.

3.  Bank Fees – If you cancel your place on the photoday and there are bank fees to process the refund of your booking transaction, you will be responsible for those fees and this amount will be removed from the total of your refund.

4. Julia Borodina may cancel or change date a photoday at any time prior to commencement. In the unlikely event that we cancel a photoday JB Company Oy will notify you as soon as possible and any fees or deposits received from you will be refunded. Please note that JB Company Oy will not refund travel or accommodation costs for cancelled photoday.

Personal cangings

1. Any kind of cosmetic procedures should be done at least 5 days before. Make sure that you won't have any problems after them.

2. Manicure and pedicure are not included.

Receiving photos

1. You will get link with your photos in 30 days after photoshoot at the same email which you sent confirmation of payment.

2. Link is available 30 days after sending link at your email, and then will be deleted. 

Liability

1. JB Company Oy is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to property arising from incidents occurring at the photoday venue.

2. Please be aware of where you keep your belongings at the photoday and please remember to check your belongings at the end of the photoday so you do not leave anything behind. We are not responsible for  loss of, or damage to, your personal property.
